What are your shipping policies?
LECA SHOP understands that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we cannot make any changes to your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can click here: TRACK ORDER to query your package transportation track (copy your tracking number first) Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers take one business day to activate.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
Items over $30 ship free, via Standard Shipping, to locations within the contiguous United States.
Orders under US$30 can be shipped via Standard Shipping for only US$4.99.
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using dedicated channels，DHL eCommerce or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service and the shipping method chosen. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 days（Natural days, including weekends） however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns, Shipping fee: $30.
The parcel will be delivered within 3 Business Days (Excluding weekends and processing time). No weekend delivery.

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You have the option of holding the shipment of your entire order until the back ordered item is in stock, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item, or canceling the back ordered item. The payment for the full amount of your order will be processed when the first item ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or missing any items from your order, please contact us immediately via email:email@example.com. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Do you offer in-home delivery?
All freight deliveries are made curbside. Items cannot be unloaded and placed on driveways, sidewalks, porches, or in the home.
Can I place an order for pickup?
Due to the safety concerns regarding COVID-19, we are not currently offering pickup at our warehouses.
